Our litigation support services:-

EER Limited provides litigation support and Expert Witness services in legal cases involving waste tire collection, storage, processing, reclamation, recycling and disposal. These services include:
• Due diligence investigations & assessments, especially useful in business disputes, litigation involving business interruption, and bankruptcy cases;
• On-the-scene and pre-trial investigation and assessment of alleged critical facts, analyses and opinions presented by others in particular cases;

In 2002, near Roanoke, Virginia USA, a 14 year old arsonist ignited an illegal stockpile of as many as 3 million tires. The fire took 25 days to be put out.

EER Limited assisted a collection company, a major retailer, and a state agency assess the size and make-up of this tire pile which the state alleged was illegal; the pile was cleaned up.

• Assembly of information to “rebuild” a business whose records are lost due to fire or other hazard, including creation of reliable “mass balance” information so waste tire activities can be accurately tracked;
• Review of basic business, financial, market and equipment assumptions provided by developers to potential lenders and others.

In 1998, near Tracy, California USA lightning ingnited an illegal tire dump containing as many as 5 million tires.
