EER's Anne Evans was the developer of Elm Energy & Recycling (UK) Limited in Wolverhampton, UK, at the time, the world's largest scrap tire recycling plant.

EER Limited was involved in the decision to install the first Columbus McKinnon Primary Shredder in the UK. It is capable of handling Europe's tough SuperSingles.

EER Limited has worked with and for national and regional scrap tire collection companies, regional and national thermal recoverers using dedicated tires-to-energy technologies, international companies assessing regional scrap tire markets so they can utilize whole and shredded scrap tires as supplemental and auxiliary fuels in utility boilers and cement kilns, and national and regional recycling projects to manufacture high quality crumb rubber from recycling scrap tires for industrial products, rubber-modified asphalt and athletic surface enhancements.
